We were dispatched 11:48 this morning to a reported plane crash at the Richmond Airport, Heaton Orchard Road

The aircraft overshot the runway crashed through a fence and went nose first into the roadway.
No injuries to the pilot or the passenger.
The RI Airport Corporation and Crash Rescue responded to the scene.
Currently the FAA is responding to the airport to continue the investigation.
