Rolling rally hosted by Carolina Fire District honors local fallen veterans

Local residents and visitors gathered alongside Rt. 112 in Richmond Monday morning, May 31, to enjoy the 2021 Carolina Fire District Memorial Day Rolling Parade. This year's procession was much like that of previous years with the exception of the usual marching units, a modification needed to remain COVID-19 compliant with respect to social distancing....
